Log in using the email address and password associated with your previous version of Account Manager.
Please note that you can no longer log in with your account number.

Manage My Tickets screen
STEP 1

Select Manage My Tickets, choose your event and tap Send. Then, select the tickets you'd like to transfer.

Please note that not all tickets are eligible for transfer. If they are not, the transfer option will not be shown.
STEP 2
Type in the First Name, Last Name, Email and an optional note of the person you would like to send the tickets to. Click, Send.

From there, you are all set! Click, Done. If you ever need to reclaim the tickets, click Reclaim to deactivate the offer.

Because the designated link can only be used once, the ticket will be transferred to the first person who claims it.

Sell screen

STEP 1

Tap Manage My Tickets, choose your event, select the tickets you want to see and tap Sell

Please note that not all tickets are eligible for resale. If they are not, the resale option will not be shown.

After selecting the tickets you want to sell, enter your asking price

First time users will be prompted to enter payment information. Once complete, tap Sell

Select your event and tap your tickets to display them on the screen

Tap Add To Wallet and you are done!

Click on Invoices and select Payment Options
